Why choose to have Overnight Support?
The goal of Overnight Support is to ensure both you and your baby are well cared for, so your family can wake up feeing more rested and supported.
What exactly happens during Overnight Support?
Hours: 10pm - 6am (May be mildly flexible depending on various factors)
Infant Care: Feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or a combination), burping, diaper changes, and soothing techniques to help the baby sleep.
Parental Rest: Allowing you to get uninterrupted sleep while I tend to the baby’s needs.
Emotional Support: I always love to offer positive reassurance, answer questions to the best of my knowledge, and help you feel more confident as you step into the postpartum chapter.
